Artist's
Statement
My
multimedia, multilayered textile wall pieces are deeply
influenced by the Canadian Shield that surrounds me. The
land, ponds, forests and birds are some of the symbols I
use in my wall work.
For
the past 25 years, I have made ever changing art dolls
that are full of whimsy and humour. Crocheted gardens are
a recent passion.
I
love the challenge of the constant changes in the amazing
world of textiles.
