Statement
I enjoy
bringing together paint and fabric to communicate ideas
about the relationships between people, society and
nature. Textiles are associated with intimate aspects of
our living and our innate sense of who we are as people.
The act of choosing our clothing tells the world something
about each one of us. I often combine paint, collage and
used fabrics that have lived with people and contain their
humanity.
